Linux is scary

Back in 2001 when I had to call a support number because of an access problem, I had to pretend to be running windows to get assistance because Linux wasn't supported. It's 2021 and I still have to pretend to run Windows whenever I call a support number because the word "Linux" still gets the same kind of reaction. \U0001f644

@thrrgilag heh, those situations are tricky. I had to do that with support provided by a client last year, and it's the same phenomenon with, say, ISPs when I call them. "What color is the light?" "the light isn't on." "ok, let me get you a technician."
