@jws I think it's generally easier for me because I regularly eat fairly low carb high fat, so I'm using fats for energy. I used to get migraines a lot when I ate lots of bread. And I was slowly killing myself but not sleeping enough too. Trying to fix all these things.

@formfireglass I find if I go too long without eating, my focus wanes, I get irritable, & if I push it, I'll often develop a headache. And this is more on the order of 2 hours after I felt hunger cues.

Actually a lot like sleep deprivation, come to think.
@jws Seriously though, I found it interesting that the biggest difficulty I noticed was missing the breakup of the day. Didn't realize how much I use food for that.
@formfireglass Interesting. I tend to think of my day more by the clock. Often feels like a race to the finish. Meals were quick and forgettable, but now I have to get a toddler fed, so it's much more of an event.
