Comcast data caps
The New England and Mid-Atlantic areas were the last in the US that Comcast hadn't yet implemented arbitrary, bullshit usage caps and overage fees.

A reminder that usage caps on fixed broadband lines have no technical justification and exist exclusively to exploit monopolized markets and thus Comcast says fuck you.
