Was at SPCA with friends . She has a cat now. It was instructive to learn SPCA for ownership 1.SPCA owns by contract it for 2 weeks

- Many come from where there up 25 cats/home And these flats are small 🤮😳🤯👎🏻
How unresponsible can you get ? I think the previous owners should be spayed and neutered😆🤪😈 I am next in line to get one.
