@Wife You mean surplus stuff? My best is to thin with water to the consistency of heavy cream, add a glut of olive oil and a teaspoon or thereabouts of baking powder and fry as a thick pancake. Usually have to do it at low heat to cook the middle without burning. Good then with grated cheese, etc etc.
