@sumudu on Pnut

@Ronnie The reason I asked, before I commit to G Suite subscription after the trial, I wanted to make sure. I am mostly with either on my iPad or Android smartphone. I wasn't sure whether the Google apps will work on mobile devices as they are on a computer. Thank you!

@sumudu They work great, that's why I use this many.
@Ronnie Do you pay for Google Photos/Drive storage?
@schoeni Yes. 1TB
@Ronnie I think I might do the same. I'm currently paying for iCloud but I like Google Photos better and it's cheaper.
@schoeni And for us, our whole family can be signed into the same Google account so all photos go to the same account. Makes for a nice album.
@Ronnie Is that 1TB you are paying for as a part of your G Suite apps? Are you also using your own domain with Google ?
// @schoeni
@schoeni I am using Google Photos as well. I really like it. @Ronnie
@sumudu It's 1TB Google Drive. I do not use my own domain.
@schoeni
@jasonechols Google Photos is just amazing and so quick.
@schoeni
@Ronnie Even without the cloud service I'd use it as a replacement for Photos.app. Selecting multiple photos is a breeze. @jasonechols
@schoeni It pretty much beats Photos.app for me in all aspects.
@jasonechols
@Ronnie I used to get off the google because OMG PRIVACY, but since everyone gives up your I do I suppose I shouldn't have such a conniption over it.
// @jasonechols @schoeni
@i70dan I'm not as torn about privacy (because that's a losing battle) as I am about security. They have a vested interest in keeping my data completely within their own infrastructure because that's their competitive advantage.
@schoeni @jasonechols
@i70dan At least that's how I rationalize it.
