“Dan, can you tell us the status of this? It was supposed to be done by July 15. The customer is not happy!”

“Yes! We were copied on an email from you on July 15 where you directed (not me) to make changes before (my task). We received no notice that the changes were made, and I received no further direction via email or SharePoint to do (my task). If you sent something and I lost it, I apologize, but if the changes were made, let me know so we can get this ball rolling.”
