@mandy @33MHz @jacobrealo This chart explains the differences well. @doctorlinguist will attest to my incredulity at what is variously labelled cappuccino, latte and flat white in the US. A cappuccino has a thick layer of foam and a dusting of chocolate powder on top. A latte has 'textured' milk (i.e. the steamed milk transitions to foam on a gradient). A flat white is made with steamed milk and no foam. All of them are built on a shot of full bodied espresso. :)
