@skematica not sure I got out of the "Big and Tall" section 15 years ago when I did Atkins. So even this is an achievement of sorts.

Getting down to, say, a 34 inch waist may take a little longer than it did to get to a 42 inch waist. (At worst, I was a 54 inch waist 😳)
