@phoneboy Likely, but I got almost down to where I wanted about a month and a half ago. Was fasting 2 days a week, felt good. Had some push back from family, it sent me off the rails a bit. Struggling a bit to get back. I've lost a decent amount 2x in the past 10 years, once 70, and most recently about 25-30. Only 5-10 to go, but I don't care as much about the # as how I feel. Wish others weren't getting in my face though.

@phoneboy I need to get back on track. You're inspiring me.
@formfireglass you probably have less distance to travel than I do.

The closest I got was in 2006 when I was maybe 75 pounds less than I am now. I look so young in this photo.
@formfireglass That photo might be slightly better. Neither is great because they were taken with cameraphones of the day, which did not take large (or very good) photos.
@phoneboy See long post.
@phoneboy I'd generally be considered slim now, but I can gain 5-10 without a lot shoeing because I'm tall. Nice, but makes it easier to slide a bit. I just want to be relaxed about the whole thing.
@formfireglass Society is definitely not built for fat people. What's worse: there's not a "thin enough" for some people.
@formfireglass Do you have another link to that post? It keeps timing out :(
@phoneboy That is definitely worse. The struggle on both ends of the spectrum is rough.
@jdscolam What app/service are you using to view? ChimPnut shows the whole thing inline. It's just a paragraph. Just a little bitching.
@jdscolam Chimp (the app) can display it natively. All the data is in annotations on the post in the Pnut API. @formfireglass
@formfireglass Pushback from friends and family is the worst.
My roommate did that too. He gained like 10lbs while I lost around 22, so I'm now slimmer than him. I was like, "dude, I'm still fatter than you were two years ago, I'm perfectly fine"
@formfireglass Also, my parents aren't *that* happy, because they (half-heartedly) have been trying to loose weight for the last 5 years - Not very successfully though
@hutattedonmyarm Luckily the push back isn't from someone who is jealous or wishes I wouldn't be thin. He just disagrees with how to go about it, and thinks I'm harming myself. No negativity intended, but it causes me grief.
@formfireglass I don’t think my roommate means any harm. I just think his perspective has changed. Same thing for my family
