well, in the past, the majority of people already paid rent aka subscription for their homes. This concept is nothing new. BUT I think someone has finally solved almost all the problems of smartphones, VR and AR and got down to the essentials. I have already written several times in different places that such a device will be the future, apart from security concerns, this little thing solves almost all the problems.
